About the role

Subcontract packages: ventilation and HVAC for industrial buildings; process-water and wastewater piping (CPVC and C900 PVC), domestic water and sanitary — permits under your own license.

Scope

• HVAC and ventilation equipment, ductwork and controls for industrial buildings.
• Process and wastewater piping (CPVC, C900), water meters, backflow preventers, valve vaults; domestic water and sanitary.
• Apply for mechanical/plumbing permits and inspections in your own name.

Qualifications to bid

• Active TACLA (mechanical) and/or TSBPE (plumbing) contractor licenses; insurance in place.
• Industrial references in the United States; U.S.-based.
• Able to start on short notice.
