Steel Erection Subcontractor — Crews with Own Rigging & Certifications

About the role

Erection of owner-furnished structural steel (frames, mezzanine levels, bracing, purlins) plus insulated wall and roof panels — crews with certified riggers, welders and supervision.

Scope

• Unload, shake out and erect columns, beams, mezzanine framing, bracing, purlins and girts; bolt-up and field welding to AISC/AWS D1.1.
• Metal deck, stairs and miscellaneous steel; insulated wall and roof panel installation.
• Crane and rigging plans, fall-protection program and daily production reporting.

Qualifications to bid

• AISC-certified erector or an equivalent track record on comparable industrial frames.
• Certified riggers and signal persons; AWS-certified welders; insurance in place.
• Available on short notice.
