Most capital projects in Mexico are approved by people who are not in Mexico.
That is the actual problem.
The schedule gets built in a head office in Ireland, Michigan, Stuttgart or Osaka — from a template that assumes a utility connection behaves the way it does at home. Then it gets committed to a board. Then someone discovers that the CFE interconnection for that site runs on its own timeline, that the neighbouring municipality issues the same permit in half the time, and that the substation should have been ordered two quarters earlier.
None of those four are fixed by pushing the trades harder. They are fixed months earlier, in planning — while they are still cheap to fix.
What the assessment is
We review your project and give you, in writing, a realistic picture of the schedule and the site constraints. It is not a sales deck. It is the numbers and risks you need to defend a date internally.

A planning-level budget range (not a quotation) and the long-lead equipment worth ordering ahead.
If you are still comparing sites, say so. Comparing two or three shortlisted locations is where this is worth the most — power capacity and permitting speed can differ by months between municipalities that look identical on a real-estate brochure.
What it is not
We would rather be clear up front — in this business, surprises get paid for in time:
- Not a formal quotation or a price commitment
- Not detailed engineering, and not a substitute for a formal environmental impact study (MIA)
- Not conditional on hiring us — if you build with someone else, the assessment is still yours
Why we do it for free. Because most conversations that end in a contract start when someone finds out their internal schedule was optimistic. We would rather you find that out with us and with time, than mid-construction with somebody else.
