About the role
Support concrete, steel and envelope crews: site prep, material handling, housekeeping, flagging and tool support.
What you'll do
- Move and stage materials; assist form setters, rebar workers and finishers; keep the site clean and safe.
- Flag traffic and deliveries; help with layout, barricades and temporary protection.
What you bring
- Able to work outdoors in Texas weather and lift 50 lb; willing to learn a trade.
- OSHA 10 preferred (training can be arranged for strong candidates); authorized to work in the US; reliable transportation.
Nice to have
- Any concrete, steel or paving experience.
Pay: competitive, based on experience. Hourly roles: overtime per FLSA; PPE provided.
Openings are tied to project schedules and may be contingent on contract award; we are interviewing now.
