About the role
Erect columns, beams, mezzanine framing, bracing, purlins and girts; bolt up and weld connections at height.
What you'll do
- Rig, hoist and set structural members; install bolts to specification; field-weld where required.
- Install metal deck, stairs, handrails and miscellaneous steel.
- Follow fall-protection and rigging rules 100% of the time.
What you bring
- 3+ years structural steel erection; comfortable working at height.
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred); rigging/signal or AWS welding certification a plus.
- Authorized to work in the US; reliable transportation to the job site.
Nice to have
- Bolt-tensioning (TC bolts / turn-of-nut) experience.
- Aerial lift certification.
Pay: competitive, based on experience. Hourly roles: overtime per FLSA; PPE provided.
